What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 15 days ago

We’re sorry to hear that your item(s) arrived damaged!

Please email our customer service team at [email protected] with images of the damage on the garment.

Please also include photos of the inner tags so we can verify the style number and country of origin. We're specifically looking for a small white tag with two lines of text, usually found under the care tag. If the white tag isn't visible, this information may also be on the back of the care tag itself.
