What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated a day ago

We're sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please reach out to our team via email for assistance.  Be sure to include the name(s) of the incorrect item(s). 

Please include photos of the item you received, as well as photos of the inner tags so we can verify the style number and country of origin. We're specifically looking for a small white tag with two lines of text, usually found under the care tag. If the white tag isn't visible, this information may also be on the back of the care tag itself.
