What do I do if I am missing items from my order?Updated 3 hours ago

We're sorry to hear you are missing an item from your order! Please reach out to our team via email at customer[email protected] for assistance. Be sure to include the name(s) of the missing item(s). 

Please include photos of the packaging you received, as well as photos of the items you did receive.

Once we have received and reviewed the additional information, we will work to provide the best possible resolution. This may include processing a refund for the merchandise, or, if available, placing a new order on your behalf. Please note that in some cases a replacement shipment may not be possible, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your request within our available options.
