Shipping Timeline

It can take up to 2–4 business days to ship your order. This includes payment authorization, order fulfillment, and finalizing shipping and tracking details.

• Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 AM PST take precedence over orders placed after that time.

Carrier & Tracking Information

Ground orders ship via FedEx. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with a link to track its status.

If you need help tracking a FedEx package, visit fedex.com or call 1-800-463-3339 with your tracking number. 

We aim to ship every order as quickly as possible, but increased order volume may occasionally cause delays. Please allow 48 hours for tracking movement to appear.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please review all order details carefully, especially your shipping address, before submitting your order. Items ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct address is entered. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered there, the customer assumes responsibility for the order.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you use a parcel forwarding service, 7 For All Mankind is not liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs afterward. We do not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe were delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company are shipped at your own risk, and 7 For All Mankind is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
