If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home, and with neighbors, building management, or other household members who may have collected it for you.

Please also verify the shipping address listed on your order confirmation email. 7forallmankind.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if that information was entered incorrectly at checkout.

On occasion, a package may be marked as delivered but take a bit longer to arrive. Please allow an additional 3 business days before reaching out to our team.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, or cannot be located after we've contacted the carrier, we'll file a claim on your behalf. Claim investigations can take up to 14 business days to resolve. If the package still isn't located once the investigation is complete, a refund may be issued.
