Returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original & new condition, stored within the original packaging having all tags attached.

Return by mail

To initiate a 7forallmankind.com return, simply visit our online return portal, where you can print a FREE return label for orders within the contiguous US. Then package the items for return and ship back via FedEx, using any point of access.

Return in store

Online purchases can only be returned by mail.  All in-store purchases must be returned to a 7 For All Mankind retail store.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.  Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
